What began as a love of pizza, soon evolved into a mission to find the best pizza, in the best city - Philadelphia. And so we ate our way through the neighborhoods of Philly, the surrounding burbs, and the shore, to learn that Philly Pizza is actually an art. The discovery of techniques from Roman style ‘Al-Taglio’ to the crispy thin Neapolitan-style crusts, to the native NJ Tomato Pie, created an awareness that Philly is actually the underdog of pizza cities. We house some of the most talented pizzaiolos (master pizza chefs), trained in Rome, Naples and all over the world, who don’t just feed our bellies, they feed our souls.
And so Pizzadelphia was born,
