Dan Morris of Philadelphia is the Operating Partner of Barra Rossa Restaurant at 929 Walnut St in the city. Dan entered the Marine Corp in 1996. In 2004 Dan started his restaurant career in Philadelphia at McFadden’s at the Ball Park. After many years with the Smith and Wollensky Steakhouse brand Dan became the Director of Operations for the Dave Magrogan Group overseeing multiple restaurants under the Doc Magrogan’s Oyster House and Barra Rossa brands.
